Jose Luis Quintana is a chef who own a Mexican food truck. He is Luana’s guest to prepare typical Mexican dishes. Together, they’ll prepare a homemade guacamole, and with the rest of guacamole they will make chicken tostadas as a lunch starter. For the main dishes, it will be the famous mole chicken with its salsa verde rice, the national dish of Mexico.
