“Home Training” takes you through a workout session centered around various topics and parts of the body in each episode. The coaches start by showing you how to perform a gradual and gentle warm-up to get your body ready.

Then, we dive into a live workout with our coaches, guiding you to perform the exercises correctly. The session continues with a stretching routine, and we wrap up with the “Nutrition Minute” to help you improve your overall wellness.
