Justin and Ashley met in college and have been married for several years. But Justin doesn't work out anymore and it's starting to annoy Ashley who is a former gymnast who stays in shape thanks to weight training. Justin tried to join her at the gym but Ashley prefers to train alone. The host and trainer Kurt Chacon will have to find an activity that they can do together to get closer.
