Rachel finds herself immersed in this non-stop city, from the allure and tradition of the famous covered market, the Grand Bazaar, to its cool new quarter where she discovers what a new wave of chefs are doing with traditional Turkish fare. Rachel also visits a fish market and soaks up the coffee culture, purchasing some Turkish cups along the way. Back home in London, Rachel cooks ‘Butter and Soy Mackerel’, ‘Khoo Kebab’ and ‘Turkish Coffee Creams’.
