A French-born social worker leaves her anxiety-riddled routine to go on holiday to the Philippines, and sees an opportunity to change her life in the process. The abundance of mangoes on the island of Palawan inspires her to begin her own homemade jam business, ethically sourced and using recycled jars. She now lives out her tropical dream life, away from urban-life stress.
