E05 | Herbarium | Women transmitting traditions

In this episode, Katerina will cook a recipe from her new cookbook: a buckwheat cake. She will decorate it with flowers from Kytky od Potoka. She will also visit a garden located not far from Prague where she will meet Mila and Olga, the women who are running this garden. They try to talk a lot about growing their flowers organically, that the land is important to them.
