Trevor and Chrissy continue on their wellness trip through South Korea. They visit Jeju Island, a beautiful tropical island. There they meet the Haenyeo, the free diving women of the island, and visit a green tea plantation. Also on Jeju Island, they explore the Spirit Garden, a relaxing stunning garden of bonsais and experience aromatherapy at the Herb Garden. They also take a road trip to the National Forest Healing Center that offers a variety of nature-based therapy programs in Yeongju.
