In this episode we are going to make a cucumber, parsley, pineapple and lemon smoothie. For this, we will need coconut water, cucumber, flat leaf parsley, lemon, pineapple, orange peel and ice. Cucumbers are rich in water, parsley is a great antioxidant, pineapple helps with digestion, and lemon is rich in vitamin C.
