Then we will meet the artistic director Jérôme Faillant Dumas who makes the luxury brands becoming crazy with his pronounced taste for beautiful things. We will take a peaceful stroll on the Seine. If you can't swim in it, you can still sail it! To finish, we will meet the Pastry Chef Cédric Grolet, who plays with forms and flavors for creations as bluffing as delicious.
