E05 | Pastateca | Farfalle with chanterelle and cream sauce

We are going to prepare farfalle with chanterelles and a generous cream sauce. To do this, we will cook the chanterelles in water and then fry them in a pan to increase the flavour. We will add farfalle, leek, parmesan and an ideal seasoning composed of paprika, salt and pepper. Now, enjoy!
