Today we are going to do a dynamic fitness session with many simple but fast exercises that solicit the whole body. Fat burning cardio moves with boxing elements that challenge both arms and legs. We continue with Pilate to relax the muscles but still soliciting them. We finish this session with a series of abdominal exercises.
