Today we meet for a 30-minute session to strengthen our back and reduce our aches and pains. The expert Anette Alvaredo shows us effective Pilate exercises. The purpose is to improve support and strengthen our back muscles gently, to make our backs more flexible, to reduce muscle tension. Our back will work intensely but with smooth exercises to avoid injuries.
