Today we meet in a nice landscape for a pregnancy and childbirth preparation session. A workout that involves both arms and legs consisting of special yoga and pelvic floor exercises, stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises, as well as mobilization and relaxation. Working on your posture will help you feel better at any time during your pregnancy.
