In this third training we continue with our program to build muscle in 30 days with cardio and abs exercises. We will start with dynamic fitness movements that will allow you to work and challenge all the muscles in your body. Then, exercises for your abdominal muscles, to solicit your cardio and we will finish with stretching to relax your muscles.
