E02 | Yoga now | Mobilising the back

In this episode, we'll start with the plank curl to target our core muscles and strengthen and tone our arms and legs. We'll follow with push-ups to strengthen our core stabilizers, shoulders, back, buttocks and chest muscles. We will do the child's pose to stretch and relax our back. We will finish with the head down dog pose which is great for our back and leg flexibility.
