In this episode we will do some exercises to work on the abs. We'll start with a short breathing exercise to get a feel for our abs. We'll follow with the Rolling back, roll-up exercise. We will then do an exercise to stretch our lumbar and strengthen our obliques. We will finish with the exercise of the hundred 3.
