E06 | Pilates Standing Balance | Thighs and upper body

In this episode, we'll start with a lateral leg raise exercise to strengthen our inner thighs. We'll then do a lateral tilt exercise to strengthen the core muscles such as the obliques, lats and lumbar muscles. We will then do the roll/unroll exercise to stretch the spine and hamstrings and finish with standing twists to mobilize the spine.
