E04 | Pilates Standing Balance | Roll up/unroll up and triangle posture

In this episode, we'll start by showing you the curl/unroll exercise that will stretch our spine and hamstrings. We'll then move on to a forward leaning trunk exercise to tighten the abs and work on the lower back. Then, we will do the triangle posture to eliminate fat and slim the waist while strengthening the abdominal belt.
