E10 | Pilates Standing Balance | Exercises for the back

In this episode, we'll start by showing you an exercise to stretch the back vertebrae, and relax, stabilize and strengthen the muscles around them. We'll then move on to the tilted pigeon pose, which can relieve sciatica and lower back pain by stretching the back and making the glutes and legs more flexible.
