E04 | Bodyshaping Functional Yoga | Balance and muscle strengthening

Today, we will start with the head down dog pose, which is excellent for our back and the flexibility of our legs. We will then do the head down dog pose with the leg raised and the twist pose to strengthen our whole body and make our spine more flexible. Then, we will do the half moon and dancer pose to work on our balance, strengthen our legs and upper body, soften our hips and stretch our back. Finally, we will do the half-lotus posture in balance to improve our balance, and the flexibility of our ankles and hips.
