E10 | Pilates Workout | Thighs and abs 2/2

In this episode, we will start by doing different exercises to build up all the muscles in our thighs. We'll follow up with 90 degree crunches to work our abs, and then we'll do the hundred and three exercise that will warm up our muscles, increase our blood flow, stabilize our torso and work our abs.
