E03 | Pilates Workout | Thighs and abs 1/2

In this episode, we will start by showing you an exercise that will allow us to work the back of our thighs. We'll follow with an exercise to strengthen the outside of our thighs. Then we'll strengthen our abs by lying down and putting our legs at a 90 degree angle to our upper body. Then, from this position, we can do crunches to work more on our abdominals.
