We're getting together to cook up a new sweet, simple and delicious recipe for Cottage cheese filling in bags. The aumônière can be a sweet or savoury preparation in the form of a small purse made from sheets of pasta that are layered and gathered.

Ingredients

  • 350 g of flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • Turmeric
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 20 g of nuts
  • 15 g sultanas
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 5 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g cherries in their own juice
  • 80 ml cream
  • 10 g butter

The recipe

  • In a bowl, pour the flour, and add a teaspoon of salt. Then add 2 spoons and half a teaspoon of sugar. In the bowl, break two eggs and mix. Pour in the milk and mix until you have a liquid substance. Add a dash of vegetable oil.
  • In a frying pan, pour a ladleful of the mixture to cover the pan. Turn the pancake over and remove from the heat when it is golden brown. Crush the nuts in a bowl.
  • In a bowl pour the cottage cheese, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Add two teaspoons of cream and the raisins.
  • In another bowl, pour the cream, then a teaspoon of turmeric and add a teaspoon of flour.
  • To form the aumônière, place a crêpe on a board and add a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the centre. Gather the edges of the crepe in the middle and add a piece of butter on top.
  • Pour the cherries and juice into a saucepan. Add icing sugar, mix and leave to stand.
  • On a plate, arrange the purses and cherries in their juice, the cream and the turmeric.
