Special yoga day

Tuesday 21st June from 7am to 6pm

For International Yoga Day, MyZen TV offers you a special day of 100% Yoga, with the best Yoga exercises accessible to all: 

  • Anti-Stress Yoga - new programme: Paula Thielman will help you to manage your stress with meditations and stretching exercises that will allow you to relax your body and mind.
     
  • Brigitte Power Yoga - Advanced Course - new programme: Power Yoga session is a dynamic workout consisting of effective exercises to stimulate the body and mind presented by renowned yoga teacher Andrea Kubasch.
     
  • Bodywork meets Yoga - new programme: Stefanie Rohr accompanies you for a session consisting of bodyshaping and yoga, with the perfect combination of exercises for a slim body and defined curves.
     
  • Fresh Yoga: Katy Misson travels to Corsica and Haute-Savoie between the sky and the sea to share her practice of yoga called Satiam.
     
  • Dance Yoga: The yoga dance combines dance and traditional postures within fluent and rhythmic chains.
     
  • Mountain Yoga: Practice Yoga in short bursts in the most breathtaking locations of the French and Swiss Alps with our teachers, Katy Misson and Julien Levy.
     
  • Yoga: Practice Yoga from the comfort of your home with our experienced teatchers.
     
  • Chair Yoga : Chair yoga is a form of yoga as therapy developed by Lakshmi Voelker-Binder in 1982, practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair as a support. The poses, or asanas, are often adaptations of modern yoga poses.
     
  • Méditation: This exercise introduces you to the fundamental principles of meditation to help you connect with your body. Commit to applying the benefits of this meditation throughout your day to heal your being and maintain inner peace. Feel your body from head to toe and elevate your mind.
     
  • Pilates: Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. This method will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.
     
  • Stretching: The muscles of the human body need to be maintained. Stretching is an activity tha relaxes these muscles, making them more supple, relaxed and relieving the joints. It is important to do your stretching session before and after a sports activity to avoid muscle problems. Take advantage of these varied workouts that will help you to take better care of your body.

Dreamcatchers - Season 2

June 9th onwards, every Thursday at 8.10pm

Set in the heart of the Borneo jungle and on the mystical shores of Bali, Phil and Iva embark on unforgettable adventures in search of more Dreamcatchers. From a young American entomologist to a Malaysian artist or a Swiss aid worker, all these inspiring people share their stories in the hope of encouraging others to pursue their own dreams. As Phil and Iva travel by land, air and sea, they discover the local culture of each destination and put their limits to the test. Facing some of their toughest challenges to date, they conquer mountains, learn how to surf and push their diving skills to the next level.The collective stories of these amazing Dreamcatchers leave a lasting and heartwarming impression, and is proof that everyone has the capacity to make their dreams a reality !

Fresh Yoga - Season 3

A simple, easy and fun way to practice Yoga, available and comfortable for the maximum of person with cooking, practice, alignement, therapy, meditation, prana (breathing) and freedom attitude.

MyZen People yoga special

Today, we will meet Cristina, a young and passionate sociologist who was diagnosed with a breast cancer. Through her healing journey, she deepened her love for the ocean and discovered the yoga and its benefits for cancer patients.
