Aimee and Emily are graduating high school. Aimee is an avid gymnast, but Emily doesn't exercise much and has bad eating habits. This can be dangerous for her health. Host and coach Kurt Chacon will step in and advise this future journalist to eat better and find a fitness activity that she can do with Aimee.
