Orange Sky Laundry is just what it sounds like: a laundry where volunteers are washing clothes for the homeless. We will talk about the benefits of volunteering & acts of kindness. Then, we will visit Gaia retreat in Byron Bay. We will attend to a crate training and we will try Tim Robards exercise method. we will discover a café purpose built for boosting happiness and distribution of free coffees at Muzz Buzz.
