In this episode, Luana Belmondo takes you on a journey through Israeli recipes. She invited Chloé Saada, a chef specializing in this cuisine, to join her. Together, they will prepare the most emblematic of dishes, hummus, but not as you think, this one comes in the colors of the rainbow. They will then cook a Baba ganoush, it is an eggplant caviar which is very popular and appreciated. To conclude this festival of delights, they will end with a traditionally revisited tomato salad.
