E19 | Pastateca | Cheese Lasagna

Today we are going to cook cheese Lasagna. We will make the béchamel with butter, flour, milk and nutmeg. For the preparation we will need ground beef, onions, garlic, cheddar cheese, peeled tomatoes, ricotta and parmesan cheese, all well-seasoned. Then we assemble the Lasagna and cook it in the oven.
