Today we will cook creamy baked fettuccine with cheese. For this we will prepare a bechamel sauce with milk, butter, flour, salt and nutmeg. In addition to this, we will prepare onions, celery root, sweet potato, olives and tomatoes. Then we cook all of it in the oven to obtain a gratin and melting dish!
