Miriam and John are trying to help their cat Bumbler, who is being tormented by a cat causing trouble in the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Tadgh and Marilyn take one of their many cats, Fanta, to the clinic for dental problems. Clare also has to treat Sooty, an older cat who has come in with a painful lump and a poor prognosis.
