E08 | Yoga | Parsvottanasana sequence

In this episode, we will do the Parsvottanasana posture. It is an asymmetrical standing posture that strengthens the muscles of the legs, ankles and feet. It relaxes the wrists, shoulders, back, hips and legs. It also tones the back and abdominal organs, and corrects slumped shoulders and stooped backs.
