E04 | Pilates Workout | Improving mobility

In this episode, we will start with the bridge 1 exercise which will allow us to work our buttocks and hamstrings while improving our torso stability. We will then do the knife exercise, where the extension of the spine allows us to improve the balance between our different paravertebral muscles. We will then do the pinch pose to make our spine more flexible and strengthen our abs, and the inclined plane pose to shape our whole body. We will finish by doing an exercise of tight spread lying on the side to solicit the muscles of the hips that allow us to spread our legs.
