E12 | Pilates Workout | Lose hips and belly

In this episode, we'll start by doing side leg raises with rotations to lose hips. We'll follow that up with a side balance and scissors exercise to tone and lengthen our legs and torso while working our hips. Then we will do some sheathing exercises, and we will finish with the mermaid exercise to stretch the whole side of our bust.
