E14 | Pilates Workout | Hips, back and neck

In this episode, we will start by doing some side gaining while rotating our neck. We will then do the mermaid exercise to stretch the entire side of our torso, and the cobra pose to stretch our back, open our chest and stimulate our digestive organs. We will finish with the grasshopper posture by making scissors with our legs to strengthen our back and especially the lower part.
