E02 | Pilates Workout | Full body workout

In this episode we will start by showing you some exercises to warm up our calves and shoulders. We'll then move on to the roll/unroll exercise to stretch our spine and hamstrings and stretch our lumbar. We will then do a front to back leg swing to work on our hamstrings, followed by standing twists while balancing on one leg to improve our balance, strengthen our ankles, feet, and remobilize our spine. We'll finish by twisting into a lunge position to work on our thighs, and the warrior 3 position to strengthen our legs and abs.
