E04 | Pilates Workout | Stretching and strengthening

In this episode, we will start by showing you the mermaid exercise to stretch the entire side of our body. We'll then move on to the spine stretch to stretch our entire spine, neck and upper body, while making our legs and hamstrings more flexible. We will finish with a leg raise exercise to build up our arms and legs.
