E06 | Pilates Workout | Toning and stabilizing the whole body

In this episode, we will start by doing the cobra and grasshopper poses to stretch and strengthen our back, open our chest and stimulate our digestive organs. This will lead us into the swan dive exercise to work on our lumbar, arms and abs. We will then do push-ups to strengthen our core stabilizers, shoulders, back, buttocks and chest muscles. We'll finish with a leg pull facing the floor to tone our hip extensors and stabilize our shoulder blades.
