E08 | Pilates Workout | Stability

In this episode we will do several exercises that will help us improve our stability. We will start with the lullaby exercise, and we will also show you the hundred 4, different bridge postures, or the scissors exercise. Stability and postural control of the central part of the body is important because it allows us to maintain the body and its joints, to improve the transfer of forces between the different parts of the body and therefore the sports performance.
