E08 | Pilates Workout | Stretching

In this episode, we'll start by showing you the mermaid exercise that will stretch the entire side of our body. We'll follow with an exercise to stretch our hips, then we'll do some spine stretches to stretch our entire spine, neck and upper back, and make our hips and hamstrings more flexible. We will finish with a combination of roll down, roll up and spine stretch.
