Amongst eco-friendly stays, sleeping in a secluded place in the middle of the desert, disconnected from everything, is an appealing offer for those looking for alternative adventures. But climate change and its consequences are threatening these beautiful spots. Luckily, throughout the world, activists do all they can to protect a more sustainable kind of tourism. Far from touristic places, we went to the Dana Biosphere Reserve in Jordan, to discover Feynan, a unique ecolodge, where respect of the environment and support to locals firmly go hand in hand.
