E03 | Bodyshaping Functional Yoga | Stretching

Today, we suggest you start with the head down dog pose to work on your back and make your legs more flexible. We will then move on to the plank pose while bending from right to left to engage our abdominals even more. We will also do the side angle pose and the cobra pose which will allow us to stretch our groin, our spine and our back, but also to stimulate the digestive organs.
