In this episode, there will be a lot of colour in the air for the Indian summer. Saint-Vencesclas is the occasion to honour the pumpkin. Catherine and Linda will present their harvest and talk about all types of pumpkins that can be found in Czech fields. They will show how to make pumpkin puree, gnocchi or a traditional pumpkin pie.
