We're going to make our gourmet Spaghetti Bolognese with an onion, tomatoes, ground meat and a good seasoning!

Ingredients :

  • 60g of spaghetti
  • 150g of ground beef 
  • 1 tomato  
  • 100g of peeled tomatoes  
  • 100 ml tomato juice  
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5g of chilli pepper
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • 10g of parmesan cheese
  • A sprig of basil and coriander
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Recipe :

  • Boil water and add salt and oil
  • Plunge your spaghetti in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes then drain.
  • Cut your tomatoes in 4 without going all the way through and cook them in a bottom of water
  • When the tomatoes are cooked, put them in a bowl and cover them with cold water
  • After a few minutes, take the tomatoes out of the water and finish cutting them into 4 pieces, then remove the skin and seeds
  • Chop the onions and a clove of garlic quite finely
  • Cut a piece of chili and red basil
  • Put some olive oil in a frying pan and add the minced beef
  • Add the onions, tomatoes, garlic and chili pepper, salt and pepper, mix well
  • Add red basil, peeled tomatoes and tomato juice
  • Simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring regularly. Once it is well combined, remove the pan from the heat
  • Put the spaghetti on a plate and add the bolognese on top and some parmesan cheese
