Today, we are going to prepare a simple, delicious and easy to make meal : fried rice with vegetables and eggs.

Ingredients :

  • 100g basmati rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 leek
  • Mushrooms
  • Canned bamboo shoots
  • 15g peas
  • Chilli pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce

Recipe :  

  • On a chopping board, cut the onion into small slices
  • Cut into cubes the garlic, ginger, celery, carrot, pepper, cauliflower, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, broccoli, chilli, leek and green onions
  • In a saucepan, boil water and add a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil
  • Add the basmati rice
  • When cooked, remove from the stove
  • In a frying pan, put olive oil and a dash of sesame oil
  • First, add the garlic, onion and chilli
  • Then, break an egg and mix it together
  • Add the vegetable mixture
  • Mix and add the peas
  • Add the rice, a drop of soya, then the green onions
  • Add the sprouts
  • Arrange the rice with the vegetables and eggs on a plate
  • Add some coriander leaves on top
