  • 30 g soy balls
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • 20 g green onions
  • 10 ml oil
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g cheese
  • Salt


  • On a cutting board, thinly slice the spring onions and halve the cherry tomatoes. Grate the cheese separately.
  • Place the soy dumplings in a bowl and pour in enough water to cover them
  • In a separate bowl, break two eggs and whisk them. Add milk and a pinch of salt, then whisk again.Drain the water from the bowl with the soy dumplings. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil, then mix well.
  • In a frying pan, brown the soy meat pieces.
  • In another frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir. Add the sliced spring onions, halved tomatoes, and browned soy meat pieces. Top with the grated cheese. Stir everything together until well combined, then serve on a plate.
