  • 30g spinach leaves
  • 20g of raw sprouts
  • 2 quail eggs
  • 60g of salted salmon
  • 30g of cherry tomatoes
  • 30g of Brie cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 20g of olives
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon juice


  • Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. After boiling, immerse the quail eggs for 4 minutes.
  • On a board, cut the salted salmon into strips. Then cut the avocado into strips and squeeze the lemon over the avocado. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the quail eggs and the olives in half. Cut the Brie cheese into pieces.
  • Place the spinach leaves and raw sprouts in a salad bowl. Then squeeze half a lemon over the top. Add salt and a dash of olive oil.
  • Place the salad on a plate and add the salmon, brie, cherry tomatoes and quail eggs on top. Finally, add the olives, the slices of avocado, and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
