Ingredients: 1 onion1 green pepper80g of tofu20g of butter50g of spring onion20 ml of soy sauceTurmeric100g of flour30g of sugarBaking powderBaker's yeast Preparation: On a board, dice the green pepper, then finely chop the spring onion, onion and tofu.In a frying pan, add butter and fry onions and peppers for a few minutes until they caramelise.In a second pan, add butter, fry the tofu, then pour in the soy sauce and mix well.In a bowl mix the tofu and peppers. Add turmeric and spring onion and mix again. Add two teaspoons of baker's yeast and sugar. Finally, add warm water and mix everything together.In another bowl, add the flour and baking powder and mix.Mix both together to create a well blended mixture. Add the vegetables and mix again.Butter your container and pour the mixture into it. Once finished, bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven at 180°.
