If you are looking for a quick, generous and delicious dish, you should try fettuccine with shrimp in a spinach-parmesan sauce. A well-balanced dish that combines starchy foods, vegetables and shellfish.

  • 60g of fettuccine pasta
  • Shrimps
  • 60g of spinach
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 30g of parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 10 ml olive oil

The Recipe:

  • Using a mortar and pestle, crush the salt, pepper, thyme, garlic clove, and lemon juice in a container.
  • Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the spices over the top to marinate them. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the top and mix well.
  • In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and fry the prawns. Once cooked, you can cut them into pieces on a board.
  • Also, cut two stalks of celery into small strips, cut a lemon wedge.
  • In a frying pan, add a little olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, thyme and a clove of garlic. Add the celery stalks and spinach and mix together. Put the mixture in a blender and add the cream.
  • Add a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil to a pan of water. Cook the fettuccine for 10 minutes.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese
  • In a pan, add the spinach sauce and the parmesan cheese. When the mixture has simmered well, add the fettuccine, then the shrimp and lemon juice. Mix everything together.
  • Arrange the pasta on a plate and add a handful of parmesan cheese for extra generosity. Enjoy!
