This week we're going to make Linguine with veal, a simple recipe that's perfect for a home meal. For this you will need only a few easy-to-find ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Linguine Pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 ml of tomato sauce
  • 150g of veal
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 10g of rocket
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 10g of parmesan cheese
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10g of butter
  • 30 ml of chicken stock
  • Nutmeg
  • Coriander
  • Cardamom
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Preparation:

  • On a board, cut the veal into strips, then cut the onion and garlic into strips. Finely chop the chilli pepper.
  • In a saucepan, add salt and a dash of olive oil. Dip the linguine pasta into the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and a piece of butter. Add the veal and the onion, garlic, chilli pepper and cardamom. Pour in the tomato sauce and mix it all together. Add the water and chicken stock to a glass. When the chicken broth has melted, add the chicken broth and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for several minutes, when the stock has evaporated add the cream and mix again. Finally add the linguine to the pan.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese into a bowl
  • Arrange the linguine and its accompaniment on a plate and place the parmesan cheese on top for added indulgence.
