In this episode, we're going to make an apple, kiwi and leafy greens smoothie. For this, we'll need cucumber, kiwi, apple, a handful of leafy greens, coconut water, lemon zest and ice. The apples help improve transit, the kiwi is packed with vitamin C, and the leafy greens are low in calories, low in fat and high in protein.
